Who needs to file mitigating factors. Im getting a 8% raise . I believe the lowest raise in my District is 5%. This is the Greatest. Pay for Performance . I hope they keep it forever.

It's CARRIER PERFORMANCE equating to ass-sitter's bonuses! Or even more accurately, it's ass-sitter's LIES that cause fraud-based CUTS in carrier salaries and ADD unwarranted increases to their own!!
