I don't know who would be stupid enough to sign up for this kind of "medical" plan, but if someone really wants to throw their money away, more power to 'em.
"It is all about choice" says the expert and to a degree they're correct. We all have the right to choose to make mistakes....just don't expect the rational taxpayers to come bail you out afterwards.
