Memo from J. Potter to all Districts:

These recent findings are unacceptable. How are we ever going to get this organization privatized if your employees keep performing above all reason? I suggest you add more cumbersome and non-productive duties to every worker. This efficiency has got to stop!
With our buddy GW Bush in office for another term, we've only got four more years max to see to it that we get dismantled. We will never make our big bonus bucks until every worker is getting Wal-Mart wages.

I want to be the official greeter in the Post Office lobby when the Postal Service goes Walmart.

Memo from Mr. Potter:

Thank you supervisors and managers! How do you do it??.....somehow coax productivity out of a workforce laden with those that abuse FMLA, and laugh in your face because they know you can't touch them? Who run to the union for protection every time you simply ask them to do a decent day's work....who whine incessently about any and every change.....We are now running like a business, and I ask you on behalf of those who labor day in and day out, to stand tall and prevail against a culture of apathy and proud, stubborn laziness. We must drag some into the land of productivity, but drag them we must, and drag them we will!! The silent majority that do their jobs every day applaud your effort!!

I love all the Wal-Mart slams in these comments. 'Tis true, often is it hard to find a helpful employee in their store, and the lines can be long, and the pay is low.

And I'd rather go there than the post office any day. And they will still be here in ten years. Successful business paradigms are hard to beat, especially by a bunch of over-paid crybabies who can't perform basic math whenever I am unfortunate enough to be forced to visit the PO. Don't do much? Don't know much? Won't get paid much. Not anymore.
