I am a carrier who would carry the catalogue as a parcel due to the fact that this catalogue weight was over 2lbs. These are the rules for a carrier eho walks on the street as 7 of these publication, is all they can carry on a relay. The parcel post carriers would have to deliver them to the apartments of those receiving these books. On the riding routes which are in several major cities, the carrier would put them in his vehicle & put them in either the curb box or leave them on the door step of the home that he passes. It will depend on how the carrier does the route that they have,which is dismounting or curbside delivery.
