Anthrax attack site bustling with construction activity

'More than three years after becoming a focal point of the nation's first bioterrorist attack, the cavernous mail processing and distribution center in Hamilton, NJ, has evolved into a bustling construction site.'

I am happy to read that the Hamilton Mail facility will re-open by Spring 2005. Yes, the workers will move back into the building, but the CITY & RURAL LETTER CARRIERS WILL NOT RETURN AS THEY WILL REMAIN AT WHAT IS NOW CALLED THE TRENTON CARRIER ANNEX. The reason is that the postal Service signed a long term lease, and are trying to purchase the land next door or rent it for a parking lot for the carriers who work in the annex. I feel that the carriers should return to the Hamilton facility as they were also driven from it when the anthrax put everyone out of the building. These carriers also were hurt by the displacement & had to work in the jumbo tent for many weeks. Certain managers did harass the carriers when the heat was not running, or if they called out sick due to the working conditions, at that time. This is how the CITY & RURAL carriers are treated by the MISMANAGERS THAT ARE IN THE POSTAL SYSTEM. I am referring to the upper echelon, not the office managers, or the DUMB LINE STUPIDVISORS.
