I don't recall Bush actually "pushing" for reform. Funny that he's so concerned with the defecit in this case

No kidding. This administration hits new heights of hypocrisy every day. Government has grown faster under both Bush presidents than it did when Clinton was in the White House. And Clinton paid for his programs, not to mention the Reagan/Bush debt.

Vote Republican, it's easier than thinking.

It is very ironic that Bush may decide after all to re-invent the Postal Service after his so called mandate. The rural Repubican Red states have the most to lose in Postal Reform, since these Post Offices lose the most money for the Postal Service. The only real economic answer would be to shut down these rural Post Offices so that the Postal Service can make a profit. No private corporation in their right mind would buy a rural Post Office. I guess Bush may be stuck keeping these welfare offices open in order to maintain his so called mandate.

Privatization and service improvements will come much easier now. Thank goodness.
