I am supporting the NON-PROFIT CHARITIES LAWSUITagainst the COMBINED FEDERAL CAMPAIGN. I, as a federal worker feel that what the CFC did since the terror attacks, is wrong and in violation of their first admendment rights. Now that John Ashcroft has resigned as the Attorney General, maybe, the new appointee will be willing to work with these organizations in order for them to receive the needed funds that they get from the annual CFC campaign. I have also supported what the ACLU did when these rules came out for I felt that these charities deserve better than what then AG Ashcroft demanded from them. I do hope that the courts will support the NON-PROFIT CHARITIES, and tell the CFC leaders that the rules are being thrown out as they are UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Let's hope that the judge who hears the case will support these charities.
