I do believe that times have changed, but for a package to be late, well that can happen to everyone including UPS & AIRBORNE EXPRESS. Maybe we can pursuade these AIR COURIERS to put dates on their AIR PACKAGES as does the USPS. Then the packages will be accepted & if they arrive late, the day of acceptance will be on the package, as is done with the Postal Service. Also rules should be changed so that everyone can use the system that they want, & not be required to just use the USPS, since they postmark all mail going through their system.

How could FedUp be late? When you have to have the package in by the middle of day, hell the old Pony Express could do that.
Dump FedEx and go back postal planes and airlines...and 5:00pm cut-offs.

post office doesn't HAVE to play by the same rules--we have entitlement jobs. Nah-nah-nah-nah!!!
