We have all worked for and with individuals like the one described above. Unfortunately, the Postal Service has more than its fair share of this type of person. BUT, the first writer is totally out of control and needs immediate help. This is the scarier type of person. He is a timebomb waiting to go off. I would be very nervous if I worked in his office or area. I also agree that he needs to find other employment. If he can't take it, just see if it's any better on the outside. You will be surprised to find poor management styles are pervasive in all of society.

You had better seek some help there, or better yet quit if you hate it so badly, but I doubt if you will quit, but seek some help.
