Another competitor sucks away what used to be postal volume, and the USPS makes the final costly delivery. The USPS is like a stream we can all dig a channel out of to flow money into our pockets. Thanks for warming Talbot's up for us, DHL. When you drop the ball, UPS will be there to serve your customer with UPS Basic, and the USPS will do the rest for less money.
The trouble with USPS is that they do not go out for the service as do these companies. These BIG IDIOTS sit in comfortable chairs & wait for the public to come to them. The latest thing, called CUSTOMER CONNECT, has the carrier craft doing the work of the sales agent. Now these same people who gave away the Parcel Post unit, now want us to talk to our customers, in order to stay afloat. I was surprised that this service which is used by DHL is good for the postal service. If DHL is going to assist the postal service, let's hope that they will do a good job & work together as we do with FED-EX. Let's hope that DHL can get the goods across the country in order for the postal service to get the packages to the consumer ASAP.
PR is always good.The more blue people see the more it is in their mind when they send a package.The less brown they see the better,Lol!The public will continue to love the letter carrier far more than the ups driver.
DHL are shit!! We used them for the first time the other day and our customer sent me this picture. http://www.4cheapcomputers.co.uk/box2.jpg We refunded the full amount back to our customer because we where soo embaristed by what they had done as our chosen courier. NEVER USE DHL if you want a package to arrive in working condition..

We are fine with that as long as we make money off of each delivery. Take your PR and we will take money. What a nice doggy the USPS is for us!
