I am more than certain that all the packages delivered by the Postal Service, really shocked the people who received these packages. The important thing to remember is that THE POSTAL SERVICE WENT BEYOND THE USUAL DELIVERY & MADE CERTAIN THAT THE MAIL WAS DELIVERED. This is something that was caused by the weather, & all the delays cannot be blamed on the weather. It seems that the airlines must accept some of the blame unless they were unable to fly at that particular time. EVERYONE, HAVE A HAPPY, & HEALTHY NEW YEAR.

So does the USPS, but thats not unusual, since it only has one guaranteed delivery time product anyway.
