there is a grass roots movement underway in which all of us postal workers are beginning to get organized, regardless of union affiliation....we are tired of mis-management threatening our livelyhood...our future job security is at stake and things are happening fast to eliminate our job security...this re-organization of postal workers is happening behind closed doors all over the country...and its about damn time...stop these fools in management before its too late....we will be contacting congressman....reporting waste, abuse and fraud...keeping an eye on saftey issues and ergonomics as well..the party is about to end for them...not us.......join now....get involved before its too late....spread the word....together...and only together and united can we protect our future...management is united in their effort....now we must do the same
This contractor took away your benefits, so what are you waiting for. Now is the time to strike during the Holidays. You truckers have nothing to lose but a crap job hauling mail for a contractor. Now you truckers dont even have benefits anymore. What are you guys and gals waiting for. STRIKE
Go right ahead and strike. All employees signed a no-strike clause when employed so you will be fired. Maybe that is how letter carriers will get their early out.
UNFORTUNATELY, THIS IS THE RIGHT TIME FOR A STRIKE. I was a member of the New York Letter Carriers who struck the old Post Office Department back in 1970. Now would be a good time but if I was one of thest drivers, I would wait for the new year to arrive & then go full blast after the Postal Service. The trouble today is that everyone wants a decent living condition for their family which I SUPPORT WHOLEHARDIDLY, BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. WE NOW HAVE A CONGRESS WHO MUST DO THINGS THAT THEY PROMISED, DURING THEIR CAMPAIGN & NOW IS THE TIME FOR THEM TO ACT OR EXPECT REMOVAL FROM OFFICE IN THE NEXT ELECTION.

Re. 12:19 Poster - your encouraging remarks remind me of a line from the 1950's Popeye cartoon - "let's you and him fight"
What a courageous fellow you must be..
