The reason for the above remark, is that we have a lotof ASSHOLES, who became STUPIDVISORS, AS THEY WOULD ALWAYS COMPLAIN. These ASSHOLES, would pick on the workers who did follow the rules, but wanted to use them as pawns. This did happen in the CENTRAL N.J. PERFORMANCE CLUSTERS, first under District Manager Ray Murphy, & continued under Vito Cetta. This still goes on but, the temporary worker quits way before their probation oeriod is up. Some have made it, but they must wait years to become a FULL TIME WORKER. Yes, the Postal Service needs workers, but if these ASSHOLE MANAGERS would sit dowm for a dew minutes & explain to these workers what is expected of them, then things would be different. Many good workers quit the Postal Service because of the Stupidity of these ASSHOLES and nothing else.
