I read the article and was amazed by Clerk Brown. I will say this God Bless you Clerk Brown, there's a special place in heaven reserved for you.

Ms Brown is just one of many postal employees that do this good deed at Christmastime. It is one of our public service deeds that goes largely unreported in the media.Just about every postal facility has an embedded "Santa" that responds to the requests of children and needy people.

May God bless them all, everyone.

The job Clerk Brown does is an amazing one considering that the letters kids write can be funny, or in some cases very true as these kids want some help for a parent in need, or for both parents & younger kids that were in the house. I remember staying up late watching Johnny Carson & New York Postmaster Christenberry was on the program. He explained how a similiar program was started in the Post Office by some of the clerks who worked in the REGISTRY SECTION, & then it spread to the business community. He didbring some letters with him & they were read on the show. The funny ones really made us laugh, while we all felt sad for the kids who truly had nothing for the holidays.
Clerk Brown, Please continue to do your good work in helping your community, as I enjoying reading the GOOD NEWS, not the rotten kind. THANK YOU
