In a service talk on 12/28, they announced that the USPS WILL refund any Express Mail postage for packages that did not make the delivery commitment in time for Christmas. Ironic, since most of that mail was sitting on the FedEx planes since they have our transport contract. Let's see if FedEx or Brown has the cajones to ante up and give refunds to their customers!

Fred and Mike will laugh their asses off if the USPS refunds all that money.
Mostly because ups never pays for anything.....even when they smash your package.
