That's strange! since when does a EAS 18 or below qualify as a higher up to thin the higher ranks? Maybe there just tired of the bullshit and opportunity knocked. How many are they exiting from the Pacific Area? When you have acting MPOO's acting like tyrants it's only going to get worse.
