Just another way to get money for MGT from Homeland Security after all they have to fund their Pay for Performance. Craft emplyees will get another read it sign here stand up. Now you are responsible from CYA MGT. Employees haven't failed the Post Office IT failed them.

hey, 4:11 a.m. poster...where do you get off talking about management funding? Do you not remember that two of our postal brothers died from biohazards - and several more were injured - some have still not returned to work. This is about our safety - and the customer's safety - has nothing to do with pay for performance. Many of our plants now have biohazard detection systems that can detect Anthrax - and will be able to detect other materials at some point in the future. This is a positive step for the Postal Service and its' customers.

Yes 10:28, this IS about safety. Unfortunately, the postal guru in charge of that is VP Henry "Hankey" Pankey, a guy who couldn't keep it in his pants when he was fouling up the Stamford CT MSC back in the 80's.

With this guy in charge, we should all be afraid. And we should not be complacent, thinking that the machines will be our salvation in a crisis. After all, look what "the machines" have done for our DPS accuracy.Look at what "the machines" have done for our delivery efficiency.

On second thought..be VERY VERY afraid.
