James Miller, III now the new Postal Governor Chairman, ironically was no friend to the U. S. Postal Service as the OMB Director under President Reagan. Maybe he's been re-engineered for today's Postal Service. The Beltway just keeps grinding these folks out or simply remakes them to "serve another day".

What makes you think he'll be a friend to the Postal Service now? They have put him inside so he'll be well placed to do a hatchet job. God help us all.
