As I read this Q & A, it looks like Fred Smith ask and answered all of the questions. This is total bunk and is designed to undermine the constitutional mandate of the Postal Service. They want to take away the "government agency" status and controls of Title 39 so as to privitize the profitable parts of this agency. Shame on greedy businessman and their freinds in congress.
