James Miller, former OMB Director under Pres. Reagan, had a published dislike for the Postal Service in the early 1980's. He apparently has reconsidered or is still bent on dismantling the Postal Service. He felt the U. S. mails should be privatized. What say ye today Mr. Miller!

When calling someone a "loser," it is far more effective if you spell the word loser correctly. And the word benefit. And learn how to type in sentence-case style.
In other words, it's clear who the loser is. Now get that mayo (I hope it's mayo) off your chin and get your sorry ass back to work.
