What? Sandusky doesn't have any homeless? To be a carrier today from what I see, you don't have to wear clean clothes, you don't have to shave or wash your hair, you don't have to wear regulation polished shoes and its ok if you sleep most of the day! What a disgrace to those who worked before you....
Time for 10:28 to go back to his fishing and quit his bitching. As a customer of the USPS, I do not find this generalization to be true. There is one carrier in the college campus area that is pretty grubby and "non-traditional," but he walks a unique neighborhood and gets along well with his customers.
10:28 is disgracing his or herself, without any help from the carriers busting their humps in today's very different environment.
