As long as there are more pressing problems to deal with, such as the Tsanami devastation, there will be no move whatsoever on Postal Reform. Anything that will add to Bushwackers deficit will sit on the shelf. Bye bye USPS...hello Privatization.

Start cutting more craft employees and close those worthless plants.

Start cutting those worthless managers "whom attempt to LOOK Busy" while they draw enormous salaries, for doing what, putting in time each week until payday???
Many(Not All)of them are the one's whom walk backwards to pick up their pay.
Then Act like they did something for USPS-what a laugh, you think we don't have eyes??

The productive People of the Post Office!

Nothing will happen because the changes to CSRS etc would detract from the bottom line.

Fewer tax revenues and more bills equal no change!!!!

Every Postal Worker should get behind the Reform Bill that Congressman McHugh has reintroduced in Congress.
This New York Congressman should be appaulded for all the work he has done for the Postal Service. I, for one, do appreciate what this Congressman has tried to do for us. Maybe, down the road, we may see something come of postal reform, which has been in the Congress for many years. We all know how GEORGIE WALKIE feels & he proved that last October, 2004, when he told Congress not to put the REFORM BILL ON THE FLOOR.
He was successful for now but, we must be vigiliant & do our best to pass POSTAL REFORM.

It amazes me of the geniuses out there!!!
Postal Reform will pass. They want to be able to compensate the Higher ups and they will. The new hires will not be making as much but oh well!!!

It amazes me that everyone that has an opinion signs in as anonymous. Get some guts

1:16 post is hilarious! The most cogent post ever, perhaps. However, I should mention that I stopped posting my real name because others would post horrible, profanity-laden, racist rants and attach my name when they couldn't argue with me point-for-point. It didn't bother me until I realized these bogus posts would show up whenever a woman Google'd me. As a single guy who is very active in the dating scene, that could present a huge problem.

Sooo, just call me "Anonymous" as well.

Funny comments people....I just have to restate that I am an official KMA employee...(as in kiss my ass) I am eligible for retirement, and can go whenever I feel like it....not going to do it yet...still waiting for "postal reform" you know!!
It is a GOOD thing that everyone has suddenly become "anonymous" since I found out that my boss traced some of the stuff I had posted under a screen name, and figured out that maybe, just maybe, I was the quy that was badmouthing her all over the internet!
Everything I said was "absolute truth" and she would have no recourse, but these management types that have "worked" their way to the top sure resent it!
Keep talking "postal reform"...I'm just curious to see who takes over the operation, and how they are related to the Bush family, or any Republicans in power in our government....that's when I'll step down, thank you!
