IF THIS WORKS, IT WILL BE AMAZING SINCE THE WORLD KNOWS ALL ABOUT THE PROBLEMS THAT THE SERVICE HAS. The truth is that the people who run this service do not have any idea how to truly run the postal service.The only thing they do know is NO RED INK. They want to keep it that way, no matter how the system is done.

This article does not address the problems that has always arise when who is notified. The mailer/maiing agent, versus the mail owner. The mail owner has the most to lose on preparation problems, but yet should have the most leverage in their corrections. Historically the Postal Service was caught in the middle between the two. Instead of being viewed as a concerned interested partner the USPS

continued: has in the past been accused by mailing agent of over-blowing problems all the way up to being the source of the occurences. "SHOOTING THE MESSENGER" is, and always has been a problem for the USPS when a mail preparer might lose a client or suffer a law suit when expectations of a mail owner weren't met after being notified by the Postal Service.
