I don't think DHL is interested in delivering mail, sport- they're looking at the package market- that means FedEx and UPS. Like it or not, the USPS isn't much of a player in that game.
Geez bs...wake up and smell the coffee!!!!! DHL is after little ole ups, NOT USPS.Parcels are about 10% of our cash flow, mail etc. 90%.Who would be their target logically??? HELLO!!! Enjoy your time boxboy, lol.
Then whats with the deforesting of America to make Priority mail boxes then? We never had to give away free boxes to get people to use our services. They do anyway. You folks want the parcels but have to bribe people to use your FedEx services.
No, I think thats called serving the public. The USPS is a service of the people not just a "for profit" greed company like ups, maybe that why boxes are provided?
Serving the public doesnt mean taking away from the private sector. People should have to BUY boxes, not get lied to and bribed with a free box or envelope for a service that doesnt preform any better than a postage stamp. If you are a public service, then just SIT THERE and let people USE YOU and stop advertising and sponsoring and all that other garbage. If you arrent NEEDED anymore because the private sector can do it better, maybe you should just fade away gracefully.
Serving the public means just that.If providing a box as a public service falls into serving the public then so be it.A "service" is not just about money and selling for profit, although I know that is all you understand.A service is there for everyone, not just the more affluent. BTW, I think that one one of your better posts. No name calling, just making points.I for one dont mind you posting again, it livens this place up a bit.

They will easily take a chunk out of the USPS before they will UPS or even FedEx. Even DHLuftwaffe is better than the USPS.
