What a joke! I happen to know both people involved in this so called incident. The Carrier is about 6'2, 240 and the PM is 5'9, 190. The carrier is a lazy, piece of sheet who claims that the PM touched his bicep, assaulted and injured him. The Carrier filed charges which were thrown out of court due to lack of evidence. The original Arbitrator stated in his ruling that he did NOT believe the carrier's account of the events, that there was NO evidence to support the carrier's account BUT due to the zero tolerance policy, the PM should be removed. This ruling was made without ever interviewing the PM. That is the main reason why the MSPB board refused to honor the removal award.
