Unfortunately, I must agree with Mr. Wientzen in what he made to the DMA group. The trouble with the postal service is that it has too many bosses who are really
STUPID BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. THIS HAS BEEN PROVEN BY THE LINE SUPERVISORS WHO ARE SUPPORTED NOT ONLY BY THE LOCAL POSTMASTER, BUT IN SOME CASES, THE LOCAL UNION CARRIER PRESIDENT. This is what took place in the Trenton, N.J. post office while then postmaster Phil DeCarolis was in charge. It is this kind of stupidity that will ruln the postal service & at the present time, that is what is going on all over the country from what I read in the union magazine that I receive every month. The only good thing is that The service will remain in existance as we are the only workers who deliver to every house, apartments 7condos that have been built & will be built in the future.

Remember, the line supervisors were once carriers or clerks that were union members. These individuals hid behind the union to avoid from getting fired. Now they are line supervisors and postmasters taking this same mentality into the ranks of supervision. Solution is........ Privatize the Postal Service and clean house of all these deadbeat workers within the craft and management.
