USPS Could Benefit From Thinking Small

In a commentary for DIRECT, Postcom's Gene Del Polito suggests that the USPS should pay some more attention to small business customers.

problem is, Genie, that the USPS has nothing to offer small businesses! How bout some discounts? NOPE. How about trackable services other than FREDEX MAIL? NOPE. All you will be offering is the same old junk in pretty packaging. When will the USPS learn to stay out of the private sector?
