The PO has for over two years saying their going to close plants, large or small, can't these people realize this fact, plus they are not losing their jobs.

Well, when will they start reducing MANAGEMENT jobs? These folks will be gone, and management positions will be "relocated" to another facility. There will be minimal savings, but, if they also would clean out some of the "good ole' boys"...........well, THERE would be some savings.

WHAT THEY NEED TO DO IN THE POST OFFICE IS ELIMINATE THE POSTMASTER POSITIONS LOCALLY AND ONLY HAVE A DISTRICT POSTMASTER. SUPERVISORS NORMALLY RUN THE OPERATION AND A LEAD SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER COULD RUN THE LOCAL OFFICES AT A REDUCED SALARY. THAT WOULD SAVE OVER 30 MILLION NATIONWIDE PER YEAR. IF MY COMPANY TAKES OVER THE POST OFFICE UNDER THE BILLS THAT ARE COMING UP IN CONGRESS, THAT'S WHAT WE'LL DO. WANT TO BE A BUSINESS, RUN IT LIKE A BUSINESS, CUT THE OVERHEAD SALARIES. YOU DON'T NEED THE REGIONAL MANAGERS EITHER. CUT THAT SYSTEM OUT. MANAGER, EASTER UNITED STATES; MANAGER, WESTERN UNITED STATES. THEN HAVE LOWERE PAID WANNNABES GO AROUND TO THE DISTRICTS AND GIVE REPORTS BACK TO THE MANAGERS. GIVE THE WORKERS EVERYTHING THEY HAVE NOW, BENIFITS AND AND A 1.5 PERCENT INCREASE EACH YEAR AND THE COLA; TREAT THEM LIKE HUMAN BEINGS, --- AND THAT ENDS THE UNIONS. THEN GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT WHAT WE HAVE NOW. THE AMERICAN PEOPLE DESERVE MORE.

Your use of all capitals makes you seem like an idiot. Your works confirm it.
