Why is it every time Postal mis-management wants to raise the cost of stamps its always the craft employees get blamed for the increase. It's the craft employees that are being cut not the mis-managers. Its like everything else in the PO if its wrong or a mistake the employees get fired or blamed and Mis-MGT get a raise or bonus.
