Postcom has a summary of yesterday's PRC pre-hearing conference in the plant consolidation case. PRC Chair Dawn Tisdale rejected the USPS's proposed expedited schedule, and "indicated that the USPS had requested [the PRC's] advice, and that their advice would be more valuable if based on a fully developed record."
